PRODUCT URL IMPORT / STORE COVERAGE

Supported stores for product URL import

RapAd Studio can read the product title, main image and a selling point from a public product page link on the stores below; for any other store, upload a photo and type a selling point.

Full and partial support

Results depend on the public page and the fields that store publishes. “Yes” means the importer has an adapter or standard metadata path for that field; it is not a promise that every individual page will be readable.

Not supported yet

These stores were observed to block automated reading or keep product data out of a static page:

  • AliExpress — AliExpress usually blocks or fails requests from our cloud servers, so import rarely works; upload images manually.
  • Etsy — Robot check.
  • Best Buy — Does not respond to automated requests.
  • Temu — Page content loads only in the browser app.
  • Shein — Robot check.
  • Shopee — Page content loads only via the app or JavaScript.
  • Tokopedia — Content loads only via JavaScript.
  • Taobao / Tmall — Requires login.
  • JD.com — Product data is not in the page.
  • Pinduoduo — Requires the app or login.
  • 1688 — Robot check.

Any other store that publishes standard product metadata (Open Graph or schema.org Product) usually works. Stores can change or block automatic reading at any time; manual photo upload plus a typed selling point always works.

FAQ

Why did my link fail?

The page may require JavaScript or login, return a bot challenge, hide its product metadata, or be temporarily unavailable. Upload a product photo and type one factual selling point to continue.

Does Amazon work in every country?

Amazon pages are supported across the listed domains, but some networks receive a robot check. Retry later or use the manual photo and selling point path.

Can you read Taobao or JD links?

Not reliably from their public static pages today. Taobao/Tmall may require login and JD product data was not present in the page, so use a product photo and selling point instead.
