01 / Scope
This policy applies to information submitted to RapAd Studio, including support messages, waitlist entries, product photos, selling points, selected scenes, generated rap lyrics, music, and video. The beta generator uses GPT-6.1 Sol for lyrics, Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview) for the first frame, Suno v6 for music, and ByteDance Seedance 2.5 for video.
02 / Prohibited content
Do not use RapAd Studio to create, submit, or distribute any of the following:
- Sexual or pornographic content, including non-consensual intimate content.
- Graphic violence, gore, or instructions for serious harm.
- Hate speech or targeted harassment.
- Child sexual abuse material or other sexual content involving minors.
- Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or fabricated acts or statements involving a real person, including where consent is claimed.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
- Fraudulent product claims, deceptive ads, illegal goods, terrorism, or weapons of mass destruction instructions.
03 / Product and source material
Only submit claims you can substantiate and material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload another person's photo or voice without their permission. Permission does not allow a prohibited deepfake. Clearly disclose AI-generated creative where required by the destination platform or applicable law.
04 / Review before publication
The featured examples were selected and reviewed before publication. Generated drafts can still contain errors or misleading claims. Review the lyrics, audio, product depiction, and final video before publishing an ad; report prohibited content through the contact channel below.
05 / Report and response
Report suspected violations to jamorx11@gmail.com or through rapadstudio.com/contact. Include the page or content link, why it is concerning, and a way to reach you. We review reports, remove content we control where appropriate, restrict accounts or access for serious or repeated violations, and may refer unlawful material to the relevant authorities. We can also correct a mistaken decision after review.
