RapAd Studio is operated by YANG LIANG, an individual operator based in China. For privacy requests, contact jamorx11@gmail.com. This policy explains how we handle information on rapadstudio.com, including the waitlist, account features, and credit checkout.
02 / Information we collect
- Waitlist: the email address you submit and the date you joined.
- Checkout and credits: your email, selected pack, amount, currency, order and payment status, transaction identifiers, and credit balance. Waffo Pancake collects payment card details on its hosted checkout; complete card numbers do not pass through or live on our servers.
- Account: if Google sign-in is enabled and you use it, your Google identifier, email, name and profile image, plus sign-in and session records.
- Generation: the product image, selling point, selected scene, generated lyrics, first frame, music and video, plus the job token stored in your browser.
- Support: the email address, request category and message you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request times, security logs, and essential session or language cookies.
03 / Why we use it
- To send the early-access updates you requested; you can ask us to stop at any time.
- To create checkout sessions, confirm payment, attach credits to the checkout email, show orders, and handle refunds.
- To generate and deliver your product rap ad, show recent drafts on your device, and limit misuse of the beta generator.
- To answer support and privacy requests and to secure the site against misuse or fraud.
- To meet applicable accounting, tax, consumer-protection and legal obligations.
Where applicable, these uses rely on your consent for waitlist updates, performance of a purchase or account agreement, our legitimate interest in support and security, and legal obligations for required records.
04 / Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies may maintain login sessions and language preferences. You can control cookies through your browser, though blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in. No optional analytics or advertising service is configured for this deployment.
05 / Who receives data
We use Cloudflare to host the app, database and generation files. APIMart handles our AI generation requests: your product photo and selling point go to GPT-6.1 Sol for lyrics, your photo and selected scene image go to Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview) for a first frame, generated lyrics go to Suno v6 for music, and that first frame and selected music go to ByteDance Seedance 2.5 for video. APIMart and the underlying model providers process the material needed to perform these steps. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment, and Google handles sign-in if you choose it. These providers receive the data needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information. If data is transferred across borders, we will use safeguards required by applicable law.
06 / Security and retention
We limit access to account and transaction data and use HTTPS for the public site. Download access to your original product image, generated images, audio, video and draft expires no later than seven days after you submit a generation job; download files you want to keep before then. We then delete expired job records and stored files in the background, with an additional storage lifecycle rule for leftover files. Authorized staff may access retained inputs and outputs when needed for support, rights, or safety review. We do not manually review every generation before delivery. Recent draft links are stored only in your browser and removed when the page finds they have expired. APIMart and the underlying AI providers may keep copies under their own retention policies; deletion from RapAd Studio does not necessarily delete provider-held copies. We keep waitlist email until you opt out or the early-access campaign ends. We retain support requests for up to two years after resolution, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal duty. When an account deletion request is verified, we remove or anonymize non-transaction account data within 30 days. Order and credit records may be kept for up to seven years where needed for accounting, tax, dispute or legal obligations; otherwise we delete or anonymize them when no longer needed. Hosting and payment providers apply their own retention schedules to records they control.
07 / Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for waitlist updates. Use rapadstudio.com/contact or email jamorx11@gmail.com. We may verify that you control the email or account before acting. We will respond within 30 days where applicable law allows, and explain if required records cannot yet be deleted. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
08 / Children, changes, and contact
This service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has provided data, contact us to request removal. We will post material policy changes here and, where practical, notify registered users before they take effect.
