01 / Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of RapAd Studio at rapadstudio.com. The service is operated by YANG LIANG, an individual operator based in China. By using an account or purchasing a credit pack, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter this agreement, and have read our Privacy Policy.
02 / What is available today
RapAd Studio offers a beta product rap ad generator and playable creative demos. Upload a product photo, provide one real selling point and select a prebuilt scene to request one 15-second video draft. The demo is one test result, not a promise that generated output will look or sound identical. The current pipeline uses GPT-6.1 Sol for lyrics, Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview) for the first frame, Suno v6 for music, and ByteDance Seedance 2.5 for video. Outputs may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Images, audio, video and draft access are available for up to seven days, so download what you want to keep.
03 / Accounts and email
You can enter an email to buy credits without signing in. Use an email you control and can later use to access the account; credits attach to that email after payment confirmation. If sign-in is available, keep your account secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You must have authority to act for any business you represent.
04 / One-time credit packs
Starter includes 120 credits and Creator includes 550 credits. Current early-bird or introductory prices, the price-change date, and planned standard prices are shown on our pricing page. Each purchase is a separate, one-time transaction; there is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic top-up. Waffo Pancake hosts payment and shows the final amount, currency and any applicable tax before you authorize it.
Purchased credits are added once payment is confirmed and never expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. A 15-second generation costs 50 credits at 480p, 100 at 720p, or 250 at 1080p when the task starts. The selected cost is shown before generation. A cash refund or payment reversal removes the corresponding credits from the balance.
05 / Refunds and billing problems
Credit pack purchases are final after payment. We do not offer voluntary cash refunds for unused credits, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a completed creative result. We will correct verified duplicate or erroneous charges and honor any refund or withdrawal rights that applicable law requires. If a cash refund or payment reversal is made, the corresponding credits are removed.
If a generation task fails before completion, the credits charged for that task are automatically returned. Completed tasks spend the stated credits even if the creative result needs your review.
For billing errors, send the checkout email and order number through rapadstudio.com/contact or to jamorx11@gmail.com. Any required cash refund is processed through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method; payment providers and banks determine when funds appear.
06 / Acceptable use and content
Our Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited content, reporting channels and enforcement measures. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, impersonate a real person, harass anyone, commit fraud, mislead people about a product, create illegal or abusive content, or interfere with site security. You must have the rights to any brand, product information, images, audio or other material you provide for generation. We may suspend access for serious misuse, fraud or legal necessity. AI outputs may contain errors and require your review before publication.
07 / Availability and account closure
We may change or pause features while developing the service. If we decide not to open generation or discontinue the service, we will explain how unused purchased credits are handled and honor any rights required by applicable law. You can request account closure through rapadstudio.com/contact. Closure does not automatically erase records that we must retain for transactions, disputes or law. We will not silently forfeit unused purchased credits because an account is closed.
08 / Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Waffo Pancake processes payment card details; RapAd Studio does not store complete card numbers. We will post changes to these terms with an updated effective date and give notice of material changes where practical. Nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
